A Sebel Case Study: Mango Hill State Secondary College

A closer look at our work with Mango Hill State Secondary College – a new secondary school located in the fast-growing area of Mango Hill in the Moreton Bay region. Our brief for this brand new school was to create rich learning environments and inviting spaces which both students and staff loved to use and be a part of.

The Resource Centre was designed using modular Big Softie Ottomans and Library shelving, to allow for a functional and collaborative space. The colour scheme was kept consistent throughout the spaces, to align with Mango Hill State Secondary College’s aesthetic and we worked closely with the Principal and Business Manager to create flexible and comfortable classroom designs.

The new spaces were created with flexibility in mind and to accommodate all the needs of the staff and students.
Bright, engaging colours were used to bring energy and vibrance to a large area, and the combination of patterned fabric finishes and various seating options gave a comfortable and inviting feel to the much-used spaces.
