Lead times depend on the product type, custom options, production cycles and delivery region. Your sales representative will confirm expected delivery dates when quoting, and you will be kept up to date with progress or any unexpected delays.
Once your order has been despatched from our factory in Sydney, you will be notified via email, our delivery partners across Australia will then call to arrange delivery 24hrs prior.
Yes. We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Our team can assist with shipping logistics, customs information and timeframes.

If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage. Our team will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with our delivery and warranty process.
Where damage has occurred during transit, we’ll work quickly to repair or replace the affected item.

Harsh chemicals are not recommended, especially on polypropylene shells or laminate surfaces. Most products can be cleaned with warm soapy water (mild detergent).
We recommend cleaning with a commercial “Powder Detergent” (e.g., Radiant) in warm water and with a soft rag, then wipe dry with clean, soft rag. (Note: Do NOT use brushes or scourers, this will scratch the surface). For details, see our our cleaning care guide.

Recycled plastics are made from a blend of material sources, each with its own characteristics. As a result, natural variation in colour, surface texture and gloss can occur during the recycling and moulding process. These visual differences are normal and expected when working with recycled materials.
These variations do not affect product quality, strength or performance and are consistent with recycled plastic products across the industry.
Recycled plastic products can display natural visual variation as a result of the material and manufacturing process. These characteristics may include:
Slight variation in colour
Differences in surface texture
Areas of glossier or more matte finish
Subtle flow or weld lines
Minor sink marks in areas where material thickness changes
These characteristics are expected when using recycled materials and do not affect product performance, durability or quality.
Subtle marks such as flow lines, weld lines or faint surface variations can occur naturally during the injection moulding process. These may be visible where molten material flows and cools at different rates, particularly in recycled plastics.
In some cases, small sink marks may also appear in thicker areas of the moulding. These characteristics are normal, expected and purely visual. They are not cracks, faults or defects and do not affect the strength, performance or durability of the product.
No. All Sebel products, whether made from virgin or recycled plastic, are engineered, tested and certified to meet the same strength, durability and safety standards. Visual variations are purely aesthetic and do not compromise performance.
The visual characteristics described above are a normal and expected part of recycled plastic products and are not considered defects or grounds for return or exchange.
If you believe your product has a structural fault or performance issue, please contact our team and we will be happy to assess it in line with our warranty and returns policy.
Our friendly team will arrange to collect your old chairs for a small handling fee per chair plus freight charges. Just get in touch with one of our team to arrange a hassle-free quote.
We are trialing this program in metro New South Wales and metro Queensland. Collection of used chairs is subject to availability and will neeed to be arranged with our Service and Delivery team. We hope to extend it to a wider reach soon.

No, at this time we are only accepting old Sebel single moulded chairs.
Yes, we will arrange to collect your old chairs from your school, office, or organisation. please refer to RePlay terms and conditions for details of our collection service operating dates.
Yes, you can drop off your chairs at our Minto factory, at no additional freight charge, however handling fees still apply, and only by prior arrangement.
Only Sebel branded furniture qualifies for this program.
Free collection and recycling of chairs is open to NSW metro organisations only. This offer provides free freight on eligible collection services only and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
The offer is available for a limited number of bookings and is subject to availability. Once the allocation of free freight bookings has been exhausted, the offer will no longer be available. Customers will be notified of this via our website and by the Sebel Service & Delivery team.
We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the offer at any time. We may amend these terms at any time, provided that any changes do not affect customers who have already redeemed the offer.

For collections and recycling outside of the free freight offer terms (2.), freight fees will be calculated based on the number of chairs collected. Contact us for more details.
The Replay Program is currently running in NSW and QLD. Free freight on collection services is available to NSW metro organisations only (see term 2). QLD organisations are welcome to participate in the program; however, freight fees will apply as outlined in term 6.
Items that pose a safety risk to our staff will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, chairs with broken or sharp edges, heavily soiled items, or those containing hazardous materials.
This program operates strictly by appointment, with the next available slot being offered.
Our collection service is unavailable during peak season, which runs from 1 November to the last day of February.
