School Business Managers' Association QLD Inc - 2023 State Conference – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel, ABN 55 621 106 312. 
2. Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
3. To enter, entrants must be delegates of the School Business Managers' Association QLD Inc 2023 State Conference held on Monday 14 August 2023 to Thursday 17 August 2023 at Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, 2684-2690 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach Qld 4218, Australia. All entrants must complete the required digital or print entry form during the conference. 
4. Only one entry is permitted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
5. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
6. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
7. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged for another item. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take all or any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then all or any part of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for an item of equal value at their discretion.
9. Once the prize has been confirmed by Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel, the prize is deemed non-transferrable.
10. Eligible entrants must be from the education sector and must show their successful competition entry to a Sebel representative to qualify for a Legend Life Premium Boat Tote.
11. Entry into the prize draw entitles a delegate to one Legend Life Premium Boat Tote.
12. Total prize pool consists of 200 Legend Life Premium Boat Totes, valued at AUD $5,534.00 at time of writing. 
13. The winner is unable to select the tote colour.
14. Stock is limited. Stock is considered depleted when all 200 Legend Life Premium Boat Totes have been given away to eligible entrants.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Promotion commences 14 August 2023 and ends 17 August 2023 or until stock is depleted.
17. By entering the competition, all entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel's terms and conditions. 
18. The information you are asked to provide to Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. 
19. All entries become the property of the promoter and Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel. Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel may use the entrant’s names for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
