Sebel Back to School Offer 2023 – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel, ABN 55 621 106 312, Address: 48 Airds Road, Minto, NSW, Australia.  
2. Entry is open to eligible Australian schools that place an order through the Back-to-School period, commencing on 14 August 2023 and ending on 30 November 2023, 5.00 pm AEST.  
3. Employees of the promoter, Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel are ineligible to claim the offer, as are their immediate families. 
4. The offer: Order $15,000 incl. GST or more of school furniture and receive 5% off your total order. Receive an additional 5% off on orders of $15,000 incl. GST or more if you place your order on or before 17 November 2023.  
5. Total order amount includes GST and excludes freight costs. 
6. This offer is available to schools located in territories serviced by Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel directly. For pricing and promotional information in your region, please contact your local reseller.  
7. Pricing during the Back-to-School period is based on Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel’s RRP and is subject to change without notice.
8. For NSW and QLD contracted items, contract rates will still apply. 
9. To receive orders by Day 1 Term 1 2024 some orders will need to be placed by 10 November 2023. Extended lead times for some products and options may be applicable.  
10. Delivery for metro and regional areas is a ground floor single point delivery. This excludes Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory.  
11. Product Placement Services are only available to customers in metro areas of QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC and may incur additional charges.  
12. Standard Lead Times apply.  
13. The offer is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this offer will result in an immediate cancellation of the offer. The offer cannot be exchanged for another offer.  
14. The offer is as stated. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the offer for an offer of equal value at their discretion. 
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in connection with the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
16. The information you are asked to provide to Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel is protected by the Privacy Act 1988.
