1. Resero Pty Ltd trading as Sebel (ABN 55 621 106 312) (“Promoter”) conducts this promotion in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Employees of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, participants must: (a) be a registered delegate and attend one of the eligible 2026 SBMAQ Roadshow events listed below; and (b) complete the digital or printed entry form during the conference period on the day of the event.
5. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
The promotion is open at the following events only:

1. The promotion opens at 8:00am AEST and closes at 5:00pm AEST on the day of each eligible event. Entries received outside these times will not be accepted.
2. Three (3) prizes are available per event. Each prize consists of one (1) Ned Stool (colour selected by the Promoter at its discretion), valued at AUD $79.00 including GST. Total prize value per event is AUD $237.00 including GST.
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.
4. Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received for each event. Each draw will be conducted by an authorised Promoter representative at the event venue on the day of the event, following the close of entries at 5:00pm AEST.
5. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
6. If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries. Any redraw will be conducted at the Promoter’s registered office within seven (7) days of the expiry of the contact period.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
11. Personal information collected through this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, including contacting winners. The Promoter handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
12. Entrants may separately choose to opt in to receive future marketing communications from Sebel about products, services and promotions. This is optional and is not a condition of entry.
